Delighted to have completed our first year of Rural Estate Performance Benchmarking covering Landed Estates and Rural Institutions.
Our Benchmarking tool is targeted at Owners, Trustees and key Managers in order that they might assess relative performance against their peers. Understanding where performance is strong and also where more resources might need to be deployed.
Recce Rural were very grateful for the support of number of key Estates acting as our “scoping group” to help us develop the most useful suite of metrics and to ensure the “input” forms remained as manageable and efficient as possible.
Results are kept confidential to the contributing Members by virtue of a Non Disclosure Agreement.
