With three small farms sold and a single, significant, irrigated, prime Grade I farm secured, Project Juliette is, without doubt, a true business highlight for Recce Rural since we started trading in early 2021.
With just 6 months between the first viewing to last exchange and then delayed completion to this October the workload for the extended team, assembled for this project, has been significant but handled brilliantly.
There is no doubt this project has benefited from a fortunate alignment of objectives across several different businesses. That said, efficient and professional conveyancing from two pension funds and an established Lincolnshire family have been critical in order to allow our client to fulfill their longstanding ambition.
